All of these people writing do not lie. After talking to Austin and I mentioned all the mistakes, he just hung up the phone and gave me a good reason to take all my 8 policies to a 5 star agent.
EVERYONE, FIND ANOTHER AGENT INSTEAD OF THESE INEXPERIENCED LIERS. THERE ARE LOTS OF GOOD 5 STAR AGENTS, DON'T USE A LOW LEVEL AGENCY THAT MAKES SOOOO MANY MISTAKES. IT WILL COST YOU BIG WHEN A LOSS IS CLAIMED. THEN IT WILL BE TOO LATE AND NON OF THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOUR CALL........"
